How to delete your user account

  1. Log in to eSign Online.

  2. Navigate to Account > My info.

  3. Scroll down and click Delete.

  4. Confirm by adding your email and click Confirm deletion.

If you have been a single user, all of your documents will be removed alongside your account upon deletion. If you have been a part of a user group (such as within a company amongst your colleagues) your documents will still be available within the user group E-archive, accessible by the admin users of the group.
