


Exporting documents
Select one or more documents from your E-archive which you would like to download/export to your device.
Click on the 'Export' dropdown in the upper right corner.
You have two export options:
CSV: This option provides a downloadable sheet, a CSV file containing essential metadata, including document settings, sender and party information and the signing process events. Not sure how to import your CSV into Excel? Click here.
PDF/ZIP: Select this option to export the complete document as a PDF. The exported file includes the signed document, any merged attachments, all signatures, and a detailed event log (the Evidence Package) that records every step of the signing process.
If your document includes separate attachments, an evidence file, or requires multiple PDFs to be downloaded, the export will automatically generate a ZIP file containing all relevant files. Otherwise, only the main document is exported as a single PDF.

Automatically offboard documents from the E-archive
