Scrive services support most major browsers. Below is a list of browsers that are fully supported, ensuring complete functionality.

Safari on iOS (latest iOS version)

A stable version is an official release that has undergone extensive testing to ensure it is as reliable and secure as possible. Meeting these criteria is essential for maintaining security, compatibility, and functionality.
Is your browser not listed?
If you're using a browser or browser version not listed above, you can generally still use Scrive. However, we cannot guarantee full compatibility. If you encounter any issues during your workflow, we recommend switching to a supported browser or version.
eSign Retail App
If your business is using the Scrive eSign Retail App, your device must meet the minimum system requirements. This means
for Android devices at least version 14 or above,
for iOS/iPadOS devices at least version 13.0 or above.
Is your version of Android or iOS/iPadOS not listed?
If you are not meeting the minimum system requirements for the eSign Retail App, you cannot use the application.
