Maximum file size for PDFs

To prevent upload errors, please note that there's a maximum file size for each PDF uploaded to Scrive.

Standard Limits

The standard maximum file size for each PDF uploaded to Scrive is 10 MB. This applies to both the main document and any attachments.

Extended File Size Add-on

Upgrade your subscription to the paid Extended File Size add-on to upload files up to 30 MB each. This 30 MB per-file limit applies across:

• Scrive eSign Online

• eSign Flow

• Flow API

eSign Flow Combined Limits

With the Extended File Size add-on, eSign Flow processes have total combined limits. These limits only apply to eSign Flow:

• Main documents: Up to 200 MB

• Attachments: Up to 500 MB
