Sending a reminder to all parties

If your parties needs a nudge to sign/view/approve your document, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to eSign Online.

  2. Open your E-archive from the main menu.

  3. To send a reminder for a specific document:

    • Click the send reminder icon next to the document title.

    • Or, select the document and click Send reminder.

  4. Done! A new invitation will be sent to parties who haven't completed their actions, using the same method as the initial invitation.

Sending a reminder to a specific party

If you only want to remind a particular party:

  1. Open the document through the E-archive and scroll to the Parties section.

  2. Click Send reminder next to the specific party you want to notify.

  3. Done!
