Withdraw an ongoing identity check
If necessary, you have the option to cancel and withdraw an identity verification invitation. To do this, follow these steps:
Navigate to 'ID Check' in the main menu on the left and click on 'History'.
You can withdraw a process in two ways: either click on the withdraw icon next to the verification title or open the process by clicking on it.
Upon choosing to withdraw, the verification process will be immediately canceled and the invitation link you previously sent will expire.
Should you decide to restart the verification process after withdrawing, you can initiate a new check by clicking 'Check again' on the process page (as shown in the second image) or simply start over with a new process.
