How to cancel your subscription - credit card

If you have been paying for your subscription at Scrive via credit card, you have the option of cancelling your agreement yourself directly through eSign Online:

Log in to your eSign Online account.
Navigate to the "Plans and Billing" page and click the “Manage” button.
From there, select your active subscription and click “Cancel subscription”.

How to cancel your subscription - invoice

To terminate your agreement with Scrive, a written notice needs to be sent to cos@scrive.com including the following information:

Name of your company as it is stated in the agreement with Scrive and your organisation number

Mandate from your authorised signatory and email address to one of your account admins (could be the same person)
Reason for the cancellation

This notice must reach us within the agreed cancellation period, which varies depending on your contract with Scrive. Typically, you need to provide the notice three (3) months before your license expires, or it will automatically renew.

After the cancellation

After submitting your cancellation notice, you can continue using Scrive’s services until the end of your license period. For specific details on your start date and notice period, please refer to your contract.

Once your subscription ends, you will still have access to your Scrive account and documents until the effective end date, which will be specified during the cancellation process. After this date, you’ll have 10 additional days before your account is deactivated and all data is permanently deleted.

Please ensure you download or offboard any important documents before deactivation, as deleted data cannot be recovered.

Exporting documents

You can either manually export your documents through the E-archive or contact us at cos@scrive.com to request that Scrive handle this for you at a fixed fee. We can assist in offboarding all your documents to a cloud storage folder of your choice (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
