Sending Documents from a Mobile Device
When accessing Scrive from a mobile device, you can choose between a streamlined mobile experience or the full desktop interface.
1. Select Your Experience
When starting a new process on a mobile device, two options are available:
Fast & Easy is a streamlined flow optimized for mobile devices. This option is suitable for quickly sending a document for signing without complex setup.
Advanced provides the full Scrive experience. This option mirrors the desktop version and includes all features, such as placing fields, adding attachments, and configuring authentication methods.

2. The "Fast & Easy" Flow
If you select the Fast & Easy option, the process is divided into three simple steps:
1. Recipients
Add Parties: Enter the recipient's email address.
Select Role: Choose whether the party should be a Signer, Approver, or Viewer.
Tap Add Party to include more recipients if needed.
2. Document
Upload: Tap Select PDF to upload your file (Max 20 MB) or choose a sample document.
Preview: Once uploaded, you can scroll through the document to ensure it is correct.
Rename: You can change the document title at this stage if necessary.
3. Settings
Recipient’s Language: Select the language for the interface and email instructions the recipient will see (e.g., French, English, Swedish).
Message: Add a personalized message to the invitation email. Note: Customizing the invitation message is only available if included in your current subscription plan.
