If you're encountering login issues with the Single Sign-On (SSO) login method, follow these steps to troubleshoot the problem:

1. Double-check your email address:
Make sure you're using the correct email address when attempting to log in. Have you perhaps recently changed your email address?

2. Check the login page:
Confirm that you're using the appropriate login page. Your company may have set up SSO using the standard login page on scrive.com. Alternatively, you might have access to a custom company login URL connected to your Identity Provider (IDP), such as Azure or Microsoft. In this case, you should click on an app in your IDP or use a specific link connected to Scrive for logging in.

3. Active service:
Be aware of the service you're trying to access. SSO login is only available for the following services:

eSign Online
Browser extensions for eSign GO
Virtual printer for eSign GO
User-based standard integrations and plugins

4. New Scrive user?
If you've recently been invited to start using Scrive and SSO hasn't been enabled for your account yet, reach out to our Support team for assistance in activating SSO login.

5. Still no luck?
Ensure that you are using the correct email address and login page for the specific service you intend to use. If you still cannot log in, you may need to contact your company's IT administrator for assistance.
