First name: this will automatically be shown as the first name for your party when setting up a document process.

Last name: this will automatically be shown as the last name for your party when setting up a document process.

Mobile: this will automatically be shown as the mobile number for your party when setting up a document process. Please keep in mind that you must include country code (for example +46).

Email: to change the email address which is connected to your Scrive account, enter a new email here.

Password: in order to create a new password, you will need to confirm the change with your old password.

ID number: this field shows your personal number/ SSN. Populating this field is optional.

Position: in this field you can enter which work position you hold at your company. Populating this field is optional.

Language: the language you choose here will be shown in your account and when you for instance set up a document for signing. If the receiving party of a document prefers a different language, you can change the recipients language when setting up the process.

Two-factor authentication settings: this is a good option if you want to add an extra layer of security to your Scrive login. In this case you can either choose Two-factor authentication and verify yourself on your phone, or you can do it directly on your device with the Web two-factor authentication.

Default template: if you set a template as default, it will automatically open every time you start a new process.
