Instructions

Run the Scrive GO setup MSI file and proceed through the Scrive GO Setup Wizard.

Restart your device after the installation is completed.

CLI install

The Scrive GO printer can be installed using the command-line. This allows for more options to be configured during the installation.

Begin the installation by running this command as an administrator:

msiexec /i "{path_to_msi}" /q /l* out.txt

The installer will create logs in the out.txt file which can be used for de-bugging the installation if it fails. This file can be removed together with the installer once the Scrive GO printer has been installed.

Options:

ALLUSERS:
- Value (1) to install the driver for all users.
- Value (0) to install the driver for the logged in user only.
AUTOUPDATE:
(Users can enable/disable from their settings)
- Value (1) to enable automatic updates while installing.
- Value (0) to disable automatic updates while installing.
AUTORUN:
(Users can enable/disable from their settings)
- Value (1) enables to run app on machine startup while installing.
- Value (0) disables to run app on machine startup while installing.
LOCKUPDATES:
(Users can not enable/disable from their settings)
- Value (1) disable auto update and lock users from changing it back on their settings page.
- Value (0) enables automatic updates.

Credentials:
Credentials are used to install the Scrive GO printer in a logged-in state. All four credentials are required in order to log in:

apitoken
apisecret
accesstoken
accesssecret

Example:

msiexec /i "ScriveGo.Setup.Release-2.3.1.msi" ALLUSERS=1 AUTOUPDATE=1 AUTORUN=1 /q /l* out.txt apitoken={apitoken} apisecret={apisecret} accesstoken={accesstoken} accesssecret={accesssecret}
