This error message refers to Scrive not being able to receive the document you are trying to send. Most likely, it is something internal that creates a blockage and it is typically related to firewall restrictions. Try following the steps below for troubleshooting:

Safelist scrive.com.
Ensure that the following calls are unobstructed:
POST: https://scrive.com/api/v1/getpersonaltoken
PUT: https://go-printer.scrive.com/printer
Make sure that the following .exe files are not blocked:
%programfiles(x86)%\pdf995\res\ScriveLogIn.exe
%programfiles(x86)%\pdf995\res\ScriveUpload.exe
Make sure that the following IPs are safelisted:

· 52.208.49.53
