Signing page settings: Enable form

When activating the setting Enable form, a form will be displayed to the signing party where they can fill in all requested information related to added fields in the document - before proceeding to view and sign it.

You can activate this option under the Settings tab > Signing page settings when setting up a document for signing.

If you choose to keep this setting disabled, the signing party will need to scroll through the document in order to find the fields where they are asked to add information. Thus, by enabling the form, you can speed up and simplify the signing process.

All fields under the tab Parties will be included in the form, which in turn will be logged in the Evidence Package of the sealed document. If you would like the fields to be visually displayed in the PDF as well, add the fields to the document on the Document tab. By adding fields visually, they will appear as already populated for the receiving party when they proceed to view the document after filling out the form.
