I don't want to sign a document

• Can I ignore the invitation to sign?

  You can choose to ignore the invitation you have received and you do not have to open it if you do not want to. However, there is a possibility that you will be sent further reminders. We always recommend that you get in touch with the sender of the invitation to clarify any misunderstandings. The invitation will state who sent it to you.
  
  You can also choose to reject the document by opening the document, scroll down to the bottom and click Reject (as shown in the image).

• I have never heard of the party who sent the invitation to me?

  In this case it is most likely a matter of either misunderstanding or a mistake on the company's side. The sender might have invited the wrong person by adding the wrong phone number or email adress. In any case, we recommend that you get in touch with the sender and set things straight.

• The document I was invited to sign is not what we previously agreed upon, what do I do?

  You can choose to reject the document by opening the invitation, open the document, scroll down to the bottom and click Reject (as shown in the image). Or, get in touch with the sender directly.
