How it works
The initiator creates the tinglysning agreement by entering all the necessary information into a PDF template in eSign Online, then clicks Start signing. Now, there is nothing left for the initiator to do.
The eSign service collects the e-signatures from all the signing parties. The eSign integration extracts the necessary data from the document and automatically submits it to Brønnøysundregistrene for processing.
During the process, the initiator of the agreement will receive status updates by email.
