BankID (Norway)

Norwegian BankID is a leading solution for electronic identification in Norway and meets all official requirements for secure identity verification and electronic signatures. It provides a reliable and secure way to verify identities online, simplifying digital processes for all parties.

You can access Norwegian BankID through Scrive via the eID Hub and the eSign service. For signing, Scrive supports Norwegian BankID QES, which replaces the previous regular Norwegian BankID signing option.

Regular Norwegian BankID remains available in the eID Hub for authentication and for Authentication to View and Authentication to Archive in eSign.

Effective from 1 September 2024, Norwegian BankID on mobile has been discontinued. Authentication and signing now require the Norwegian BankID app across all Scrive services.
