Authentication to view, sign and view archived documents
When configuring a document process, you have the option to impose an authentication requirement for your parties. This ensures that parties must verify their identity before they can view, sign or access an archived document.
View: Authentication is necessary to open and read the document upon invitation.
Sign: Authentication is required for signing the document.
Archived: Authentication is necessary to open the sealed document in the E-archive after the signing process is completed.
If you choose the 'No extra authentication' setting, the party won't need to verify their identity to view, sign or open the archived document.
