Invitation order
The 'Invitation order' setting dictates the sequence in which parties are invited to view, sign, or approve a document. You can assign the same order to multiple parties.
Example 1:
If all parties are given the invitation order 1, they will be simultaneously invited to the document when you press 'Start signing'.
Example 2:
Anna is assigned invitation order 1, and Benjamin assigned invitation order 2, both needing to sign the document. In this case, Benjamin will not receive the invitation to sign until Anna completes her signing.
